Yellow Heat is the first practical heating system that operates on used vegetable oil. No filtering - minimal heating! Just pour it in and push the start button.

Yellow Heat is a COMPLETE waste oil burner. Our system includes the burner, compressor, oil pump, safety controls AND it includes an oil cleaning, storage and dispensing system.

You can purchase the complete Yellow Heat Furnace or you can purchase just the Yellow Heat Burner and retrofit your existing furnace or boiler. We also offer unique components if you are adventurous enough to try and invent your own vegetable oil burner.

Yellow Heat Furnace

Here is the ONLY waste vegetable oil burner that easily burns unfiltered vegetable oil, straight out of the fryolator. We guarantee you can easily heat your shop, greenhouse or other commercial space on vegetable oil. You'll save money too! Most users get a payback of one year or less on the Yellow Heat Furnace.

The Yellow Heat Furnace is complete and ready to use. All you need is competent installation for safe and effective operation.

Yellow Heat Burner
If you already have a furnace or boiler that you would like to operate on waste vegetable oil, we offer the burner and oil handling system separately. This burner is available in heat outputs between 30,000 BTU per hour and over 150,000 BTU per hour.
Yellow Heat Burner is appropriate for most used-oil burner retrofits to allow any waste oil furnace owner to convert the system to also burn used vegetable oil. Email us for information on other boiler/furnace applications. At a minimum we will require a firebox large enough to accommodate the vegetable oil flame, plus features such as a view port so the flame can be monitored.The Yellow Heat Burner also includes the oil cleaning, storage and dispensing systems.

Babington Ball
Want to experiment with building your own waste oil burner? We offer a very high quality, 3" diameter steel babington ball. It has an air inlet tapped to 1/4" NPT and three babington outlet, laser drilled at 0.010", each 6 degrees apart opposite the inlet. Cost is $50 plus $6 shipping and handling.

Floating Draw-Off
We offer other inventions to make used vegetable oil a practical fuel. Our floating draw-off allows only the top of the fuel container to be used, where the cleanest and driest oil is always found. German made, we are the exclusive dealer. This model has two ports, the upper one has a check valve and the suction tube, the bottom one is for the return oil stream.
